Everyone needs time to relax. It just helps keep us healthy both mentally and physically. That is why we have included our Play Time section. Hopefully, you will find some types of leisure time that you enjoy.
Free time for us means video games, music, movies, text messaging, and other "high-tech" past times. Do we get off the couch, you bet we do when we have to. Playing tennis, laser tag, or biking riding are many of our off-the-couch past time activities. What are your favorite play times activities?
